Creators Creed – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Creators Creed (“Creators Creed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online program, content, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided through the Kajabi platform and other channels.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

- Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. By using Creators Creed, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

- Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account through Kajabi. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Creators Creed is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

- Program Enrollment and Payment

Creators Creed offers an online program available for purchase at a one-time fee. Program details, including pricing and included features, are provided at the time of purchase and may be updated for future enrollees from time to time.

Payment Options

The program fee may be paid in full at the time of enrollment or, where available, through an approved payment plan. Payment plans divide the total program fee into scheduled installments and are processed through Kajabi and its third-party payment processors.

By enrolling, you authorize Creators Creed to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your program purchase, including any scheduled installment payments if a payment plan is selected.

Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Program Participation

The Creators Creed program is designed to be actively engaged with over the course of one (1) year from the date of enrollment. Participants are expected to engage with program content, complete exercises, and participate in community activities throughout this period to receive full benefit from the program.

Changes to Program Features and Pricing

Creators Creed reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or update features, content, benefits, or pricing for future enrollees. When changes materially affect existing participants, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No Guaranteed Feature Continuity

Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants are not guaranteed ongoing access to any specific features, content, pricing, or benefits, even if such features were available at the time of enrollment.

- Refund Policy

Creators Creed wants you to feel confident enrolling in our program. To support that, we offer the following refund options:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New participants may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of their initial program purchase if they are not satisfied. Requests must be submitted within this 30-day period using the contact information below. This guarantee applies only to a participant’s first purchase.

Payment Plan Installments

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and wish to request a refund within the applicable 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, you may contact us to request a refund of amounts already paid. Outside of the satisfaction guarantee period, individual installment payments are non-refundable.

Additional Refund Terms
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are not available once the applicable refund period has passed
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests or termination of access

Except as expressly stated above, all payments are non-refundable.

- Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

Creators Creed is a professional community intended to support entrepreneurship and small business growth. Participants agree to engage respectfully and in accordance with community standards.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other participants
  • Share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Disrupt the community or platform functionality
  • Copy, distribute, resell, or share paid content without authorization

Creators Creed may remove content or restrict access at its discretion to maintain a safe and productive environment.

- Intellectual Property and Limited License

All content provided by Creators Creed, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to Creators Creed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only during the active program period and any extended access period expressly granted. This license:

  • Does not transfer ownership of any materials
  • Does not permit sharing, reselling, or creating derivative works for commercial purposes
  • Ends immediately upon termination or expiration of program access

Participants may apply ideas learned from the content to their own businesses but may not reproduce the materials themselves.

- User-Generated Content

Participants retain ownership of content they submit within the online platform(s). By posting content, you grant Creators Creed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Services.

We reserve the right to remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or community standards.

- Suspension and Termination of Access

Creators Creed is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional community. All participants must comply with these Terms and the Creators Creed Code of Conduct, as updated from time to time.

Grounds for Termination

Creators Creed reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a participant’s access, without notice or refund, if the participant:

  • Violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct
  • Engages in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior
  • Misuses program content or resources
  • Acts in a manner that may harm Creators Creed, its participants, or its reputation
Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Services and content will be immediately revoked
  • Any outstanding installment payments remain due
  • No refunds will be issued, except where required by law or expressly stated

- No Guarantee of Business Results

Creators Creed provides educational content, community access, and resources related to entrepreneurship and small business. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

You acknowledge that success depends on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, experience, market conditions, and business decisions. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies shared are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

Creators Creed shall not be liable for any unfavorable business outcomes, including lost revenue, profits, opportunities, or business interruption.

Creators Creed does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing within the Services should be construed as such.

- Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

- Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creators Creed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

- Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

- Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
